Lawyer graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho. He currently especializes in individual labor litigation, focusing his practice in advising national and international companies, in litigations before the Labor Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and the New Labor Courts, through the process of risk assessment. He also has experience handling matters related to nullity proceedings before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, arising from labor inspection procedures, as well as in the preparation of amparo proceedings in labor matters.

He started his professional career as law intern at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., and currently holds the position of associate lawyer.

He has also participated in preventive advisory projects, labor legal audits, and the design and implementation of compliance strategies with a business-oriented approach.

He is currently an associate at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. He previously worked as an attorney in the Labor & Employment Law division at international firms such as Ernst & Young.
