Labor Business School (LBS) focuses on providing specialized training and education in labor strategies for both companies and individuals. Its creation arises from the need to disseminate labor law and to promote the development of professionals and companies to be better prepared to face the current environment and maintain the country’s competitiveness.
One of the main objectives of LBS is to enable those responsible for labor and legal areas in the model of labor relations both individually and collectively, to strategically face the context of the Labor Reform around freedom and union democracy, as well as in the authentic revision of collective bargaining agreements and the new labor justice.
