Labor and employment attorney with more than fourteen years of experience in litigation and strategic consultancy in labor and employment matters, representing companies before Labor Authorities. Berenice obtained her J.D. from Unviersidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico and has been very keen on updating her knowledge through a wide range of courses and certifications from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico in “Corporate Business Law” and Certificate from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico for “Labor Reform: Total Analysis, Human Rights, Protection, Labor Law and the New Justice System, Case law Criteria, Challenges and Perspectives”. Berenice has been practicing law for several years in big law firms in their labor and employment practice.

– Licenciada en Derecho por la UNAM.

– Diplomado en “Derecho corporativo y empresarial”, impartido por la División de Estudios de Posgrado de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAM.

– Diplomado “La Reforma Laboral: Análisis total, Derechos Humanos, Amparo, Derecho del Trabajo y el Nuevo Sistema de Justicia; Criterios Jurisprudenciales, Retos y Perspectivas”, impartido por la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAM.

– Abogada postulante en diversas firmas en la materia de Derecho del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.

– Actualmente colabora como Abogada Senior en la Firma De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., firma especializada en Derecho Laboral.
