He is a labor lawyer with an extensive experience of 40 years in the professional field. He is a Certified Labor Conciliator and has participated in negotiations of revisions of collective bargaining agreements. He has a Certificate of participation in the course “Enterprise and Decent Work in Latin America” issued by the ILO.

Professional Experience

Ocupó el cargo de Gerente de Relaciones Industriales en AEROMÉXICO, también fue el creador de la idea original, desarrollador de contenido y conducción del programa de televisión “Háblame Derecho” producido por la Canal Judicial de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación.

Además, ha capacitado a directivos de recursos humanos en técnicas de conciliación laboral y ha implementado protocolos para el tratamiento de datos personales laborales.

Es docente en la Escuela Libre de Derecho y la Universidad Panamericana.
