DLVMR may collect the necessary personal information for the fulfillment of the purposes established herein, which include the following, enunciatively: (i) name, (ii) address, (iii) company and position therein, (iv) office telephone number and/or mobile phone (v) email, (vi) taxpayers’ registry number, (vii) occupation or profession, (viii) essential information for the existence of a juridical relationship including labor relationships, (ix) necessary information for the fulfillment of the obligations established in the applicable legislation.
In addition to the abovementioned personal information, DLVMR may collect personal information that is considered as sensitive, such as information pertaining to the case for which DLVMR was hired or information that you could provide in order to aid in the better evaluation of the case; upon signing this Notice, you state your express consent for the collection and treatment of your information.
Personal information collected by DLVMR will be administered and treated in compliance with the applicable Law, the Regulations and the Guidelines and with the objective of delivering the legal services provided by DLVMR to its clients, having the following primary purposes for its use: (iii) processing of and follow up on the legal services hired with DLVMR; (vii) maintaining the legal relationship between the client and DLVMR up to date; (viii) those arising form the employment relationship that may exist with DLVMR; ; (ix) invoicing activities, clarifications and follow-up on collection.
In the same manner, DLVMR may use your personal information for the following secondary purposes: (i) sending information, magazines and news either on legal topics or on other topics that DLVMR may deem to be of interest to the client or user, as well as news, communications or advertisements from DLVMR ; (ii) sending invitations to conferences, seminars and pro-bono cultural, social or sports events in which DLVMR participates, and/or (iii) sending communications and invitations to participate in DLVMR projects or in projects that DLVMR may consider to be of interest to you.

In the event that the information provided in the Request is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accrediting documents are not included, the Privacy Manager at DLVMR may request that you provide the necessary elements or documents to process said request within five (5) working days after the request is received. You will have ten (10) working days to fulfill this requirement, from the time in which you receive this requirement. Should no response be received within this period of time, the corresponding request will be considered as not having been presented.
The Privacy Manager at DLVMR will transmit the resolution to you within a maximum of twenty (20) working days from the date on which the request was received, with the objective of taking the corresponding action within fifteen (15) working days after the answer is sent to you, in the case of approved requests. The answer will be provided via email, at the address supplied in the request email.
If you requested the limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal information and if your request is approved, you will be registered in DLVMR’s exclusion list and an electronic certificate of the request will be sent to you.
