Top 10: Human skills most in demand by companies in 2025

Trends are changing in the labor market. While work under pressure was one of the most rewarded [skills] in past decades, analytical thinking and resilience are more highly valued for 2025.

The digital transformation is one of the revolutions that is transforming the labor market, where it is headed, and its needs, in accordance with the Future of Jobs Report 2025 by the World Economic Forum.

In this context and in contrast with past decades, soft skills, also known as human skills, have increasingly gained a greater  importance within companies’ needs.

Analytical thinking remains as the most valued skill, as considered by 70% of the employers that were surveyed.

Other skills sought by companies in their workers are resilience, flexibility leadership, creative thinking, motivation and being familiar with new technologies.
