With 14 years’ experience Jose María Galindo has centered his professional practice on Labor Law and Social Security; he has focused his professional career on union labor disputes and company restructuring.
With 14 years’ experience Jose María Galindo has centered his professional practice on Labor Law and Social Security; he has focused his professional career on union labor disputes and company restructuring.
His knowledge and mastery of local and international legislation has enabled him to advise high profile national and transnational companies on topics ranging from employee hiring to labor litigation and negotiation at the highest level.
His practice has been mainly centered on advisory, development and implementation of collective, union and social strategies; thus, he has participated in collective bargaining processes for transnational companies; additionally, he has also participated in various projects in the automotive, brewery, mining, tire production, metalworking and oil industries, strengthening his understanding of these matters.
He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Anáhuac México. He currently has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from that same university and a Master’s Degree in Fundamental Rights from the Universidad Carlos III, Madrid.
Associate at De La Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. in the area of development and implementation of collective, union and social strategies, participating in collective bargaining for transnational companies, also working on several mining projects, which strengthen his understanding of these matters.
