Labor and employment attorney, with more than 17 years of experience defending and advising national and international companies in labor and employment disputes before the Labor Authorities. Arturo obtained his J.D. from Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico and has been updating his knowledge through the attendance of seminars and certificates like: Certificate from the Supreme Court of Justice regarding “Amparo Proceedings”; Certificate from Bimser S.A. regarding “Communication Techniques”; Seminar for “The New System of Labor Justice” from the Supreme Court of Justice; Seminar for “Relevant Topics on the Implementation of the New Labor Justice System” from the Supreme Court of Justice; Seminar for “The Conciliation: Fundamental Axis in the New System of Labor Justice in Mexico” from the Supreme Court of Justice. Arturo has been working for several big law firms in their labor and employment practice.
