Christian Hernández holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Panamericana’s Faculty of Law. His practice focuses on labor and employment law, as well as corporate compliance advisory for domestic and international companies. He has experience handling matters related to individual employment relationships, drafting and reviewing labor documentation, implementing internal policies, managing termination procedures, ensuring compliance with subcontracting regulations, and responding to labor inspections.

He has also participated in preventive advisory projects, labor legal audits, and the design and implementation of compliance strategies with a business-oriented approach.

He is currently an associate at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. He previously worked as an attorney in the Labor & Employment Law division at international firms such as Ernst & Young.
