Lawyer graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City. He holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where he received a scholarship for his outstanding academic career.
With over ten years’ experience in litigation and labor consulting in the business sector, he has represented national and international companies in regulatory compliance, organizational restructuring and collective bargaining matters. His career includes the leadership of strategic projects for large corporations, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations and guiding the implementation of effective organizational changes. He is currently an associate at the De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C. Law Firm.

– Throughout his professional career, Claudio has developed a solid experience in individual and collective labor litigation, advising national and international companies in sectors such as the automotive aviation, manufacturing, retail and logistics sectors in various states in Mexico.
– After the labor reform of May, 20119, Claudio has focused his practice on the resolution of union and collective bargaining disputes. Together with his partners at De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C., he has represented clients in highly relevant matters, including the restructure of collective bargaining agreements and the negotiation of high-impact union disputes. Among the clients that the has advised are Aeroméxico, Grupo México, Nacional Monte de Piedad and Continental Tire.
