He has over six years of experience at the law firm De la Vega & Martínez Rojas, where he has developed a strong practice in individual and collective labor litigation, advising primarily employers, including high-profile employees. He has represented leading national and international companies across various sectors, particularly in the aeronautics, cement, rubber, pharmaceutical, banking, telecommunications, hospitality, hydrocarbons, civil associations, notaries, and museums industries.
His work stands out in high-complexity cases with significant economic impact, such as employer substitution proceedings involving claims exceeding 100 million pesos, achieving favorable outcomes for clients. He is an expert in conciliation, negotiation of complex employee terminations, and proceedings before the Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration (CFCRL).
He has actively participated in collective bargaining and strike procedures. Additionally, he has delivered lectures to clients and human resources professionals and regularly contributes to legal analysis programs in the media.
