Bachelor in Law by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Associate in the area of collective law, consulting, and labor intelligence. Focused on the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, Rapid Response Labor Mechanisms, and consulting in relation to freedom of association and collective bargaining. With previous experience in international trade law, he focuses his practice on advising companies on the implementation of Mexico’s commitments arising from the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA). He can advise clients in English and Portuguese.
