He is a labor lawyer with an extensive experience of 40 years in the professional field. He is a Certified Labor Conciliator and has participated in negotiations of revisions of collective bargaining agreements. He has a Certificate of participation in the course “Enterprise and Decent Work in Latin America” issued by the ILO.
He held the position of Industrial Relations Manager at AEROMÉXICO, and was also the creator of the original idea, content developer and host of the television program “Háblame Derecho” produced by the Judicial Channel of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
In addition, he has trained human resources managers in labor conciliation techniques and has implemented protocols for the treatment of personal labor data.
He teaches at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the Universidad Panamericana.

His practice focuses on labor matters, revisions of collective bargaining agreements, litigation in individual lawsuits, on the other hand, advice on the implementation of protocols for the treatment of labor personal data.
