Holds a degree in Law and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Santa Fe Campus. She began her professional career in 2018 as an intern in the tax litigation department at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cía., S.C., a firm where she later served as a senior associate in the labor consultancy area, advising high-profile clients in both domestic and international sectors.
In recent years, her practice has focused on strategic labor consultancy, particularly on restructuring processes arising from the 2021 Labor Reform on subcontracting. She has advised various companies on implementing employment structures aligned with the new regulatory framework, ensuring full compliance with legal obligations. Her experience includes designing and implementing internal policies in accordance with Mexican Official Standards, regulating remote work, updating and registering Internal Work Regulations, among other key instruments for effective labor management and regulatory compliance.
