Has 40 years’ experience in Labor Matters. He has been a partner in several renowned and prestigious Law Firms and is currently a partner responsible for the area of litigation at De La Vega & Martínez Rojas, S.C.

Professional experience

He has been a professor and lecturer in several universities, such as the Universidad Anáhuac, Cancún, Panamericana in Aguascalientes and Guadalajara, Universidad Tecnológica de México, Universidad Marista, Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board of Tepic, Nuevo Laredo Business Center, both in individual and collective matters, and also abroad, in Peru and Costa Rica, for example.

He has also conducted these activities in unions, such as the CTM, CMS and CROC [Confederation of Mexican Workers, Mexican Union Confederation and Revolutionary Confederation of Workers and Peasants, respectively]

He is a Graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a Master’s Degree in Labor Law by the same institution.
