De la Vega claims that the challenge for the new head of the STPS [Department of Labor and Social Welfare] Marath Bolaños López, in regard to public policy is compliance with the labor commitments made within the framework of the USMCA. He additionally explains that compliance with labor rights and the guarantee of good working conditions in Mexico are of great importance.
