Labor and employment attorney with experience in strategic litigation, collective and union conflicts and consultancy. Oscar obtained his J.D. from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in eight semesters with a final average of 9.52 and with Honors when defending the thesis “The Future of Unions in Mexico Oscar is currently pursuing a Master´s Degree in Escuela Libre de Derecho for “Labor Law”.
